What is DocWise?
DocWise is a general-purpose document review and compliance product. It analyses documents to identify missing information, inconsistencies, risky clauses, expired evidence, and compliance gaps.
Who is DocWise for?
DocWise is for teams that rely on documents being complete, consistent and compliant. That includes property and tenancy teams, legal and commercial teams, HR and procurement teams, bid and tender teams, and compliance and quality teams.
What problem does DocWise solve?
Reviewing documents by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. Details go missing, evidence expires, terms conflict and requirements are missed. DocWise is being built to surface those problems before they become a cost, a delay or a compliance failure.
What kinds of documents will DocWise review?
DocWise is planned to support contracts and agreements, policies and procedures, certificates and licences, compliance packs, tender submissions, HR and supplier documents, and property and tenancy records.
What does DocWise check for?
It looks for missing information, inconsistencies, risky clauses, expired evidence, and compliance gaps.
How does DocWise work?
DocWise analyses documents and reports what is missing, wrong or risky. The product is in early planning, so the detailed workflow is still being shaped. People who join the waitlist and the design group will see it first.
What does DocWise integrate with?
DocWise is planned as a standalone SaaS product or an embedded module. Specific third-party integrations have not been announced yet. If there is a system you need it to work with, tell us through the design group form.
How is my data handled?
When you join the waitlist or the design group we store the details you provide so we can contact you about DocWise. You can read exactly what is stored and why on the privacy page, and ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@docwise.uk.
How much will DocWise cost?
Pricing has not been announced yet. People on the waitlist will be the first to hear when it is.
When will DocWise launch?
DocWise is at an early planning stage. Join the waitlist and we will email you when there is something to try.
