What the site is

The site describes DocWise, a document review and compliance product that is at an early planning stage. The site lets you join a waitlist and, optionally, a design group so we can contact you about the product.

Nothing on the site is a promise that a particular feature, price or launch date will be delivered. Descriptions of planned features and integrations are indicative and may change.

When you join the waitlist or the design group you agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. You can ask us to remove your details at any time by emailing hello@docwise.uk. Our privacy page explains what we store and why.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. In particular, do not attempt to disrupt it, submit spam or automated submissions, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the rights of anyone else.

Intellectual property

No warranty and limits

The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
